Sales Director – Halifax, NS
Commission-Based Role with Major Growth Potential

My Couponbook is a digital platform connecting local businesses with shoppers ready to save and support local. We combine loyalty points and coupons into a single app, helping businesses grow and retain customers affordably. Our mission is to empower Halifax's small businesses to thrive in their local community.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven individual to join us as Sales Director. This is more than a sales role—it’s a leadership opportunity with significant earning potential and the chance to play a key role in our company’s growth.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based Pay: Earn 50% of net profits from the businesses you onboard for the first five years of their membership.
  • Unlimited Potential: With a total addressable market of 5,500+ businesses in Halifax, the sky’s the limit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with local business owners and close sales.
  • Represent My Couponbook at community and networking events.
  • Provide onboarding support for businesses and relay their needs to the support team.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract and retain businesses.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a sales team as we expand.
  • Drive My Couponbook’s expansion as we prepare for potential nationwide growth.

Who You Are:

  • A self-starter with a passion for helping local businesses.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Comfortable networking, attending events, and being the face of a brand.
  • A creative thinker who can develop strategies to drive success.
  • Leadership experience or potential, with a desire to grow into a larger role.

Job Type: Commission-based
Location: Halifax, NS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Additional pay:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)
