Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Train agents to agents in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties

- Train agents to conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Train agents to create and maintain listings of available properties

- Train agents to show properties to potential buyers or tenants

- Train agents to guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions

- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure equal housing opportunities for all clients

- Collaborate with other professionals such as attorneys, lenders, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions

- Utilize real estate administrative tools and software to manage client information and transactions

Requirements:

- Valid real estate license in the state of Nevada

- Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations

- Experience in real estate administrative tasks

- Ability to effectively market properties and negotiate deals

- Knowledge of property management principles is a plus

- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
