We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet objectives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data
- Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive outside sales efforts to build relationships with potential clients
Skills
- Strong background in customer service, sales, and marketing
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to manage accounts effectively
- Experience in outside sales is desirable
