Our expanding team is currently seeking an inside sales representative dedicated to creating a remarkable impression with existing and potential clients. Our company prides itself in being a trusted partner for 80% of the existing builders operating in the Edmonton areas and many of the new home builders in the Calgary region. We specialize in providing a wide range of products, including custom frameless glass, shower doors, closet shelving, mirrors, closet doors, railing glass and room dividers. In addition, we have extensive experience working on residential high-rise towers in Edmonton.
Job Description
The following is a list of responsibilities for this role:
· Conducting blueprint take-offs.
· Processing customer orders.
· Providing quotation support and market knowledge to all sales teams.
· Performing necessary office administration duties.
· Scheduling client appointments via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
· Building collaborative relationships with both current and prospective clients and the team.
· Providing accurate and reliable information to clients through phone, email, and in our showrooms.
· Reviewing all client information during each telephone interaction to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
· Following all procedures and processes to effectively respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage client expectations.
· Escalating customer situations that fall outside our Standard Operating Procedures to management for timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years of previous customer service experience, preferably in reception or administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize and use sound judgment skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as individually, without supervision
- Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office, can learn internal computer programs.
Ability to work designated hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the occasional Saturday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
