Job Title: Telecom Sales Director
Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Department: Sales
Reports to: VP of Sales
Position Overview:
ISG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and enhance our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analysis and compliance. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a solid background in sales best practices, and the ability to drive organizational growth through effective management.
Qualifications:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Analyzing business data to improve performance and achieve sales goals
- Ensuring that all sales and compliance standards are upheld on broadband production floors
- Overseeing day in and day out activities of the Broadband Leadership team
- Objectively reviewing all internal systems and processes to identify potential areas of improvement
- Providing continuous feedback to the VP of Sales and additional executives as requested
- Understanding the current landscape of home service providers, promotions, and products
- Working with provider teams to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly conversion, attachment, and completion, and other goals are met
Any other tasks as assigned by VP of Sales.
