Director of Sales – Parking
The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships and identifying the prospective need for our products or services for our Parking division. As the Director of Sales, you will be selling our services to local companies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, identify new opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Relationship building with new prospects and existing customers
- Create and maintain a business plan for the assigned territory to maintain and or exceed sales, and profit goals
- Identify, isolate, and investigate new parking, gated, and access growth opportunities for Access Control
- Completes jobsite visits with respective GC’s, Parking Management Representatives, and/or owner to review and better understand the needs. Help them understand what options are available and recommend what might work best for them to ensure that the system sold, installed, maintained, meets, and exceeds their expectations
- Ensures that proposals, pertinent documentation and paperwork are timely, accurate and complete
- Coordinate’s installation timelines between the customer, installation team, and with all pertinent parties involved including other contractors
- Follow up with customers during and after installations. This is to let them know status of installations and ensure that we have met their needs at completion and if anything else is needed from a sales perspective
- Consistent involvement in local associations and trade shows, which may necessitate occasional travel
- Regular attendance at work and provides appropriate flexibility
- Adherence to safety guidelines and policies
- Other job related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of experience as an outside sales representative
- Ability to build rapport and build trust quickly
- Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred
- As a condition of employment, employer will conduct a background check and drug screen prior to hire
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to understand, speak and write English
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a fast-paced office, attached to a warehouse setting with frequent interruptions. Occasional need to travel to other locations as necessary.
