We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager – Primary Care Packages to lead sales efforts for AllCare’s innovative healthcare solutions. This role focuses on promoting tailored primary care packages delivered directly to senior living facilities, assisted living communities, and hospice care providers. These packages include concierge-coordinated medical services, on-site care, and comprehensive follow-up solutions that enhance patient outcomes and reduce operational burdens for facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales efforts for AllCare’s primary care packages, targeting senior living, assisted living, and hospice care facilities.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with facility administrators, care coordinators, and decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose tailored healthcare solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve regional revenue goals.
- Product Expertise: Clearly articulate the benefits of AllCare’s primary care packages, including concierge coordination, medical follow-ups, and on-site primary care delivery.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, and deal closure, with a focus on consultative and solutions-based selling.
- Market Insights: Provide actionable feedback on market trends and client needs to senior leadership, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
- CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage pipelines, track performance, and refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction for new clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in Medical care or senior care services. Experience in selling primary care solutions, healthcare packages, or concierge services is highly preferred.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to engage decision-makers, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly across the region to establish and maintain client relationships.
