Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the team meets its targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of inventory control, and the ability to engage with clients effectively. Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Oversee outside sales activities and ensure team members are effectively engaging with potential clients.
- Analyze retail math data to forecast sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on best practices, including public speaking techniques and effective cold calling strategies.
- Maintain accurate inventory control systems to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles and inventory control processes.
- Experience in outside sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in public speaking and presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools effectively.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
