We are hiring for a New Home Sales Consultant in Laredo, TX.

Our client has been a respected, industry leading home builder for over 20 years. Their mission is to do more than just build quality homes; it is to be a builder you can trust. They deliver on that by providing smart, innovative designs with lifestyle amenities, making them one of the top new home developers in Texas year after year.

This position DOES NOT REQUIRE a Real Estate License.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Open and close the model home.
  • Showcase the community's unique features, available lots, and spec homes.
  • Provide demonstrations highlighting the superior design and craftsmanship of our homes.
  • Help buyers select the right floor plan to meet their specific lifestyle needs.
  • Display knowledge of company product line, communities, and amenities to build confidence with potential home buyers.
  • SELL HOMES in a manner consistent with company policy ETHICALLY.
  • Market your community and grow realtor relations through marketing, office visits, phone, and email.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyer from initial meeting through home closing. Provide consistent and thorough follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
SKILLS EXPERTISE:
  • Successful track record in sales.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • An energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive person who can multi-task, work efficiently, play nicely with others.
  • Willingness to take direction and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Able to pass a background check.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven success in sales driven position is a MUST.
  • Bilingual (English Spanish) is a MUST.
  • Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.
PAY:
  • $90k - $130k Per Year
