General Description


The Brand Activation is responsible for promoting product L&F sells brands, promotional materials and promotional events and consumer engagement. BAM personnel report to the Sales Manager for that location.


This class works under supervision to set procedures on how and when to complete tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities


The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary.


  • Set up engaging interaction for consumer, games, samplings, photo ops, product knowledge class.
  • Carryout campaigns as assigned by Sales management and corporate.
  • Set-up samplings including the possibility of transportation of the beer to the specified locations.
  • Brand Activation Coordinator visit all assigned accounts for distribution of POS, coasters, table tents, etc.
  • Manage, oversee and provide security for L&F promotional ambassadors while they are working a promo event.
  • Schedule the work rotation of the L&F promotional ambassadors.
  • Ensure availability or the appropriate PPG items are available for distribution.
  • Work closely with route Salesman and Regional Managers to promote sales and delivery of products including package and draft.
  • Maintain call records for each account visit as required.
  • Maintain any and all schedules, reports and information as required by management.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and assist in other areas as needed.


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements


  • High School Diploma and 2 years of experience or related field.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal shift hours to accommodate various employee schedules.

Required Knowledge and Abilities

  • Bar, Restaurant, Venue or Alcohol Retail Sales Experience
  • Ability to train employees on powered industrial equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency effectively with minimal errors.
  • Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Physical Demands


  • Performs sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and involves exerting up to 50 pounds of force on a regular and recurring basis or sustained keyboard operations. Moderately frequent tasks (0%-25% of the day that could last from 6-12 hours depending on the number of cases need for promotions that day):
  • To help load/unload beer cases at warehouse and at account locations.


Unavoidable Hazards (Work Environment)


Involves routine and frequent exposure to:

    • Bright/dim light; Dusts and pollen.
    • Extreme heat and/or cold; Wet or humid conditions.
    • Extreme noise levels
    • Vibration; Fumes and/or noxious odors.
    • Traffic
    • Heights.
    • Other extreme hazards not listed above.


Special Certifications and Licenses


  • Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
  • Must maintain insurability to operate a company vehicle


Reports to: Directly to location Sales Manager.
