Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 per year + incentive

The Position:
As a Service Account Manager at Eclipse Automation, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and sales solutions to existing and potential clients, driving growth for custom automated manufacturing solutions. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will manage service projects, address client needs, and seek opportunities to deepen relationships through value-driven solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain service account plans to ensure comprehensive value for strategic accounts.
- Identify new service opportunities and build relationships with target clients and third-party partners.
- Prepare and present tailored solutions that leverage Eclipse’s and Accenture’s capabilities.
- Oversee the proposal process, creating detailed quotes for services and support needs.
- Visit client sites to assess service requirements and gather data for accurate quotations.
- Represent Eclipse at industry events, promoting service offerings and enhancing brand presence.
- An educational background in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the custom automation industry.
- A strong understanding of cost estimation for manufacturing components and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A highly motivated self-starter.
- Willingness to travel within the USA and Canada, up to 50% of the time.
