Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through effective communication and sales strategies.
Duties:
- Conduct telemarketing and warm calling to potential clients
- Communicate the value of our mobility solutions to prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to address client needs and concerns
- Support inside sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in technology sales or business development is a plus
- Experience with wireless carrier systems, especially AT&T, is a huge plus
- Those with AT&T experience will have earlier flexibility to work from home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with customers effectively
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
