Our Account Manager Trainee team is a group of dedicated people looking to push the envelope using cost-effective sales campaigns and customer service strategies. We provide our client the same exposure as the standard firm but at a fraction of the price. Major Tasks As An Account Manager Trainee:

Drive sales by meeting directly with prospective customers and delivering standout product presentations
Assist in the creation and execution of experiential sales strategies for a designated client
Interact with the Management and Sales team to develop impactful and innovative product presentations to drive sales margins
Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and virtual networking webinars to increase marketing and training abilities while honing your leadership skills
Complete relevant paperwork accurately and continuously maintain a working knowledge of available products and services
Solve any arising issues with customer and answer all questions professionally
Create product packages that meet the consumers individual needs and input account information into the system correctly
Manage client accounts by building professional relationships and following up with the client to ensure satisfaction with services

Account Manager Trainee Qualifications:

The ability to start right away is highly preferred
Relatable experience in account management, sales, client relationship management, customer service, client facing, or similar fields is ideal
Excellent communication skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
Reliable transportation to the office daily
Thrive in a team-oriented and high-energy environment
Upbeat, energetic, positive personality
Comfortable closing sales, eager to solve problems, and proven ability to negotiate contacts
Professional and well mannered demeanor when interacting with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
