This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies to enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance for upper management.

Experience

Proven experience in retail roofing sales management or a similar role is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
