Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for an Internet Sales Specialist to join our TEAM at our Chevrolet, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealerships in Plattsmouth, Nebraska.

Internet Sales Specialist Requirements:

  • previous automotive internet sales / sales experience required
  • managing aspects of the digital sales strategy, creating agendas and plans of action to drive consumer leads into sales transactions
  • establishing and building relationships, ensuring each customer is well satisfied in their journey to finding the perfect vehicle
  • engaging with customers online, assessing their needs, and guiding them into and through the purchasing process
  • promptly and professionally communicate and respond to customer inquires utilizing various digital platforms and technologies
  • work collaboratively with the sales and management teams driving activities and generating sales
  • customer interactions: assess customer’s needs, determine which vehicle(s) meet and/or exceed their needs & wants, vehicle demonstration, affordability presentation, negotiations & closing the sale and positioning the customer to take delivery in the finance dept.
  • schedule appointments, follow-up confirmations, and assistance for customers in satisfying there needs
  • having a proactive mindset, coupled with the willingness to learn, adjust, grow, and improve
  • provide a world-class customer experience that generates retention & creates a positive ownership continuum for our customers
  • building & maintaining relationships with the fellow sales consultants, sales & finance managers, office personnel, fixed operations depts., manufacturer representatives & most importantly the customers
  • friendly competition & inter-group rivalry to drive our culture, camaraderie, and performance levels
  • full spectrum training & on-going mentorship thereafter…

Product Specialist Employment Package:

Hours & Compensation

  • Monday - Friday (with a dedicated day off during the week) including Saturday
  • 46 hours/week est.
  • $60,000 - $75,000 - projected annual gross income range
  • individually oriented - performance based pay plan, including various incentives
  • salary + commissions (compensation on the vehicle sale & vehicle financing)
  • stackable bonuses & stackable spiffs (progressive based on performance)
