Reports to: Regional Sales Director
Location: Ottawa Gatineau area
Definition of position: The Rinox group is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive sales, and revenue and aggressively grow the business. The Business Development Representative's primary responsibilities are to generate leads via outbound prospecting, as well as handle and address inbound leads from their territory. This person will prospect leads via phone/email from industry lists and specific targeted vertical markets as defined by the sales and marketing strategies. This is an outside sales position with very competitive bonus possibilities up to 30% of base salary.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect, qualify and close potential clients generated through outbound calling, email initiatives and incoming inquiries generated through web advertising and marketing campaigns.
Have a complete technical understanding of and ability to articulate and demonstrate the Rinox product line and value proposition
Maintain account pipeline with weekly reports to sales management
Provide high-touch account management with a current client base
Determine potential upsell and other revenue opportunities within an account
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of sales experience; B2B sales experience preferred
Background in Veneer or Siding sales or installation
High-energy individual with excellent communication skills
Experienced with sales quotas preferred
Able to effectively prospect, qualify, and solution sell to the right decision's makers
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present Rinox products via phone/web conference, trade shows, etc.
Solid computer skills, proficient with standard software products, Internet, and web applications
Zoho CRM experience is a plus
