Job Description
We are looking to bring on 5 licensed REMOTE sales people within the next week for one of the largest agencies in the country.
You will be provided the chance to close business via live transfers and internet leads
Requirements:
- Valid P&C license
- The capability to work from home
We will provide the right equipment to get you set up, just have to be somewhere with reliable internet connection to conduct business.
Compensation:
- Starting base salary is $42K per year, with a tiered commission structure along with (weekly, and monthly bonus metrics attached to the plan.)
- Your expected production with the process that is developed will get you toward exceeding OTE of $81,545.
- If you have a Life insurance license, you have the opportunity to add an additional 30% to your yearly income with the pay plan. (Please consider grabbing that license as well in the future)
- PTO: 5 days for the 1st year
