Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, and financial strategies for Winncom Technologies. This person will be involved in achieving sales objectives, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining and nurturing current customers in the Central Region. This person will provide measurable sales objectives, will understand market competition, will quickly identify and prioritize new opportunities, and will understand, track and develop sales strategies based on market trends. The Regional Sales Manager – Central Region will work collaboratively with management, other sales managers, marketing, product management, and the customer to build profitability and loyalty with the client.
What You’ll Do:
  • Providing support to individual sales representatives, managers, and teams.
  • Determining long-term and short-term sales goals.
  • Training and mentoring sales team.
  • Overseeing sales and special promotions.
  • Providing leadership on hiring and employee retention.
  • Identifying telecommunication needs.
  • Researching developments in telecommunication technology.
  • Consulting vendors and sales departments on new products and upgrades.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Meeting with clients and engineers to define telecommunication requirements and technical specifications.
  • Preparing long and short-range budgets and work plans.
  • Monitoring adherence of the telco to approved budgets and work plans.
What You’ll Need:
  • 4-year college degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience and skills required.
  • Past corporate and/or technical sales preferred.
  • Prior telecommunication, customer service, and/or government sales experience preferred.
  • Fluent English required, additional Languages plus (preferred Polish, Russian).
  • Home office required.
  • Professional communication skills in person, on the phone, by email, in public speaking situations, or through other means.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, be flexible, and have a willingness to adapt to rapid change.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Possess a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a positive, creative team member.
  • Be self-driven, professional, and organized with good follow-up and follow-through skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
