Duties

- Lead outside sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales goals and marketing campaigns.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Manage key accounts by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams or projects effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- A background in account management is beneficial for understanding client needs.
