Customer Success Enablement Manager

The Team:
The Polk Automotive Solutions Customer Success Team is a dynamic, solutions-oriented team of account management and product enablement professionals. Through industry insights and product consulting, we bring strategic ideas to our internal and external clients. Through timelines, documentation and internal and external communication, we ensure positive customer outcomes.

The Impact:
The PAS Customer Success Team is that of true sales enablement. The Customer Success Enablement team, a subset of the Customer Success Team, removes barriers to product fulfillment and provides frictionless facilitation to deliver successful, valuable outcomes and results through the utilization of Polk data and processes.

We are excited to announce the role of Customer Success Enablement Manager. This position is slated for U.S. coverage and will be partnered with our Polk Automotive Solutions (PAS) Sales Team. The role will report directly to the Head of Customer Success for Polk Automotive Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Production, Customer Success Managers, and clients, to ensure seamless delivery of product solutions and timely response to client delivery questions and troubleshooting inquiries.

Objectives:
Act as the day-to-day project manager for PAS Products. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Customer Success Enablement support for Polk Automotive Solutions business:
Collaborate closely and effectively with Polk Sales, Customer Success and Production teams
Running status meetings as needed as related to your accounts
Managing large volumes of communications regarding your accounts, both internally and with clients
Salesforce organization and management
Responsible for your accounts; Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closure of all processes.
Run point with internal resources to solve client issues, ensuring themes are communicated to product and production.
Become an expert on your clients: their objectives, needs, and working style.

The Polk Automotive Solutions team is seeking the following skill sets, including but not limited to:
A heavy orientation for details, driven by organization and efficiency
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Enjoy working within a fast pace, multi-task, environment
Creative thinking to explore and implement process efficacies
An aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
The ability to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) and Salesforce applications
