A top client is hiring a Sales Manager in the Healthcare space in Nashville, TN.
The Patient Relationship Manager will report into the CXO/Chief of Staff driving internal sales generation, customer relationship nurturing and customer service. The ideal candidate will play a key role in nurturing patient relationships, educating potential and existing patients, and driving clinic growth by re-engaging past clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all patients, ensuring exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving. Foster a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing patients by providing ongoing guidance, support, and follow-up to ensure their wellness journey is progressing successfully.
- Inform potential patients about the services we offer, including hormone therapy and wellness solutions. Clearly explain the benefits of our treatments in relation to their individual needs and health goals.
- Educate current patients on additional services and treatments that can further improve their health outcomes and support their longevity goals.
- Reach out to past patients who have discontinued services to re-engage them with our practice, offering solutions to address their health concerns and support long-term wellness.
- Build relationships with potential and current patients to increase service adoption and patient retention.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by upselling additional services and wellness products.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to develop personalized care plans and recommend services that best suit the patient’s health goals.
- Utilize lead generation and follow-up strategies to convert inquiries into consultations and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, sales efforts, and follow-up activities in the clinic's CRM system.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree preferred, a focus in sales / marketing is a plus
- 1-2+ years of sales experience (phone sales experience preferred) and customer relationship experience required
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management tools preferred, Hubspot specific experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage patient relationships effectively.
- Sales experience in a healthcare or customer-focused environment preferred.
- Passionate about the health, wellness, and longevity space
Compensation Details:
- Base Salary: $45k - $55k annually, based on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure, with first-year total compensation expected around $120k annually.
- A guaranteed bonus will be provided during the initial few months of employment to ensure a smooth transition and income stability as you ramp up in the role.
