Director of Sales, Comcast Partnership

As the Client Director for Comcast for Acuative, you will play a leadership role in managing, nurturing and growing Acuative’s long standing relationship with Comcast. You will be responsible for driving new sources of revenue and growing existing revenue streams. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of account management, including retention, growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and P&L management. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can drive revenue and client satisfaction while building and managing senior relationships within Comcast. Collaborating closely with the EVP of Service Providers and Operational team leadership, you will own the responsibility for ensuring profit objectives are met and conducting ongoing strategic planning within the account. The incumbent must reside in the Philadelphia PA area.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements short and long term strategic Comcast business plans
  • Manage a small team of Account Managers responsible for revenue and Comcast relationships.
  • Manages and grows revenue from new areas and existing areas.
  • Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Develops and executes account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger more relevant value propositions

  • Responsible for forecasting, keeps management in touch with Comcast in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing the Comcast account for technology providers, System integrators, or equivalent vendors.
  • Strong understanding of how Comcast operates allowing successful collaboration with Comcast.
  • Basic understanding of networking and networking products.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent.
  • Five or more years of experience in sales, project management, sales engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with managed solutions, field service and product offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently as well as part of a team.
