Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. This is a leadership role that requires strong account management skills, exceptional customer service, and a proven track record in outside sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular sales meetings to provide updates, training, and guidance to the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in technology sales or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in account management and customer relationship building
- Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
