Craft and Technical Solutions is a fast-growing Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We partner with businesses as well as job seekers to place individuals into positions efficiently and are presently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to assist in our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination / administration of all sales activity between customers, internal branch managers, sales reps, account managers and recruiting staff.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Ability to make sales/marketing quality cold calls on potential customers
Create and manage a monthly Newsletter to potential customers
Assist the VP with Sales Meetings and coordination of all Sales related processes
Event planning and tracking management using shared calendars
Utilize Sales Resource System to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

3-5 Years experience in Inside Sales preferably with Marine, Industrial and Operational/Technical Markets/Customers
Must have documented experience with and understands the Sales Funnel
Must have documented experience with a CRM and managing prospects to customer workflows
Technologically savvy and fluent in all Microsoft Office Programs
Incredibly strong, oral/written communication, organizational, time management, follow up and prioritization skills
