Salary: $55000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
  • Policy Management: Oversee client insurance policies, ensuring accuracy, coverage adequacy, and timely updates.
  • Claims Handling: Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze client needs and risks, recommending appropriate insurance products and coverage levels.
  • Renewal Support: Facilitate policy renewal processes, engaging with clients to review and update their insurance coverage as needed.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or insurance-related roles is beneficial.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
