Hill Country Holdings is one of the largest independent operators of Ashley Furniture stores. We have 30 locations throughout Washington, Texas, Oregon, and Idaho and we are looking to double in size in the next 3-5 years. Our sales teams are energetic, customer focused, and most of all FUN. We pay commissions based on written sales on your first dollar sold. We are looking for a sales manager that wants to grow with us.WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO:

WE OFFER:
A base salary of $40,000-$45,000 plus commission. Sales Managers sell!!

At least five years experience in a big box retail management with a track record in retail or commissioned sales.
History of successfully managing a team of 20 or more Associates is required.
A college background in business, marketing or related areas is preferable, but not mandatory.
Must have professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
Ability to relocate to meet the needs of the business.
