Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within your assigned region. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
You are in direct communication with retail buyers and distributor representatives within your territory. You are required to service and support existing customers through business partnering, uncovering opportunities, providing product knowledge, coordinating education and planning promotions while seeking out new account opportunities.
Duties:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive call cycle to meet and exceed distribution and sales targets.
· Identify and engage with Natural Channel, Grocery and Drug stores in your territory, build rapport, and establish productive relationships.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products.
·Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to customers and provide product demonstrations and samples as needed.
·Develop business plans in consultation with customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
·Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
·Collaborate with our customer service team when required.
Product Knowledge
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including their uses, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Stay up -to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitive products to provide valuable insights to customers.
· Attend product training sessions run by marketing.
Sales Reporting:
· Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance – through CRM system.
· Prepare monthly sales analysis report and scorecard review to track progress and report to management. Prepare Monthly upcoming sales strategy report to achieve deal and revenue targets, including call cycle.
Experience
· Minimum 3 years experience as an on the road sales territory manager
·Experience in natural products market, preferably within Vitamins, Supplements and beauty care.
·Experience with building a territory
