Customer Support Specialist

Sunny Sky Products prides itself on our commitment and dedication to creating, manufacturing and delivering top quality products in the beverage industry. We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed and beverage enhancers.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be the one to provide support and sales assistance to our Dr Smoothie customers. The primary objective for this role is to support our distributor customers by processing request for quotes, orders and lead times on each order. This position will also be responsible for relaying pertinent information to the distributor, regional sales manager, shipping warehouse and the customer support representative.

Hours

• Full time job
• Monday through Friday from 8AM - 4:30PM.
• No Weekends

Salary

• $21.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience.
