Mid-Atlantic Region
- Looking for candidates with solid experience in Telecommunication, Cable TV-Hardware MFG (APPLY ONLY)!! Do not apply if you are not living in the Mid-Atlantic region or New England States!!
MULTILINK is a 40-year-old privately held MFG outside plant and infostructure fiber optics and cable products used worldwide with ups power supplies. Multilink has over 400,000 square feet of MFG operations and manages and controls 40 production workers and contractors to meet our growing demand the average team member has been with Multilink over 18 years.
Responsibilities:
- Sales leader develops and rapidly grows new business and accounts leveraging the complete Multilink offering
- Identifying, qualifying, and capturing sales opportunities by meeting with clients, performing market research, and ultimately presenting advanced integrated sales, offering technologies such as Fiber Optic, UPS Power Cabling and Production Solutions
- Industry experience in data cable distribution systems is highly preferred
- Strong sales acumen with value selling and negotiating potential opportunities and projects
- Strategic in defining target accounts and successful discovery approaches to command a position of thought leader/expert

Qualifications:
- Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales
- Ability to develop and present comprehensive sales proposals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comprehensive understanding of products and applications
Education:
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership management role
- Bachelor’s degree
Working Conditions:
- Frequent driving
- Moderate overnight travel
- Moderate pressure to meet customer and company deadlines
- General hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. But ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
