Job Description

Since 1973, D&I Prehung Doors has been creating entryways, trim and hardware that enhance the homes aesthetics.

Our primary customers are contractors that build high-end custom/luxury homes.

We are looking for someone to join our team to drive company growth. The market is there. We need to tap into it more. Construction knowledge and experience is critical.

Job Summary:
The project coordinator will support the sales account managers in the management of orders for our custom doors. The orders vary in size and complexity, and you will need to be able to juggle multiple deadlines, work with contractors, builders, and development companies. This job really is about being the glue for the full process from order to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales & Manufacturing process.
  • Ensure orders have required documentation such as building permit, sales tax rates.
  • Coordinate with purchasing the ordering of materials needed.
  • Develop checklist for each project to ensure timely delivery of the order.
  • Manage change orders for the project (Account Managers?)
  • Advise Account Manager of order status.
  • Coordinate with production the processing of the order.
  • Create Standard work for both existing processes and new ones yet defined.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
