Job Description

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to offer existing and new customers the highest level of service through an organized and efficient environment, sound teamwork and strong work ethics. Support the sales team in generating new business while protecting existing customers and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Account Executives and identified customers
  • Provide strong account management to customers and secure recurrent business
  • Stay informed of key markets, product mixes, and product changes
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer information and patterns to optimize service to customers
  • Perform various tasks related to the Department as required

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Industrial service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Autonomous, detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • A solid team player with the ability to build long standing relationships
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP and CRM programs
  • ECommerce experience a strong asset

Soutenir l’équipe de vente dans la génération de nouvelles affaires tout en protégeant les clients existants et les revenus

Responsabilités :

  • Développer et maintenir des relations avec les Chargés de comptes désignés et les clients identifiés
  • Fournir une gestion de compte solide aux clients et sécuriser les affaires récurrentes
  • Restez informé des marchés clés, des gammes de produits et des changements de produits
  • Traiter et résoudre les demandes des clients en temps opportun et de manière professionnelle
  • Analyser les informations et les modèles des clients pour optimiser le service aux clients
  • Effectuer diverses tâches liées au département, au besoin

Qualifications requises :

  • 3-5 ans d’expérience de service industriel
  • Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite
  • Autonome, axé sur les détails avec d’excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
  • Un joueur d’équipe solide avec la capacité de construire des relations de longue date
  • Excellente connaissance des programmes MS Office365, ERP et CRM
  • L’expérience du commerce électronique est un atout important
  • Le bilinguisme, un atout
