At GRO, our core focus is to build better lives for our clients, team members and our community. We offer landscaping and remodeling services to SW WA, Portland Metro and Central, Oregon.
We are looking for a one-of-a-kind candidate for our landscape management division that can provide excellent account management and sales services to key accounts, which are primarily HOAs.

WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years landscape maintenance sales and account management experience
- Account management experience, specifically HOAs
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Ability to analyze data effectively
- Negotiation skills
- B2B & B2C sales knowledge
- Ability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays, as needed.
- Willingness to travel locally throughout the day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Account Management:
- Provide solutions to customer’s service issues.
- Ensure quality control of landscape services offered.
- Identify customer's needs, translating them into actionable items.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Company personnel.
- Reduce portfolio attrition and maintain consistency in customer portfolio.
- Work with Operations Managers to provide excellent service and review customer needs or program changes.
- Provide educational presentations for customers.
Sales:
- Grow landscape maintenance by proactive prospecting, client contact and other types of lead generation and follow-up.
- Increase portfolio through new landscape management sales and enhancement services.
- Communicate and present effectively to and with customers, delivering the GRO experience and upholding Company values.
- Estimate projects; create, present and sell client landscape proposals.
- Collect signed contract, signed lien disclosures and deposit for each project.
- Engage customers throughout project.
- Develop portfolio analysis and growth recommendations, i.e., building out a route.
- Determine portfolio program needs and recommendations.
- Work with sales and marketing to build new business and add to existing portfolio.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Attend HOA Board meetings, tradeshows and networking events

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
