We are looking for an experienced Wireless Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wireless industry and be able to provide customers with knowledgeable advice on the latest products and services. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. The Wireless Sales Consultant will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing plans.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain store display and inventory levels.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
