Do you love the vehicle accessory market? Are you enthusiastic and goal-oriented, and are you driven to succeed? If so, we want to hear from you! You just might be our new Sales Consultant here at Cap-it in Lethbridge.
You will assist customers with their buying selections, make follow-up calls, and do all you can to take our already-great customer experience to the next level, along with your career.
Cap-It Lethbridge is Southern Alberta’s premier Automotive and Truck Accessory store, and is part of a platinum award-winning dealer group in the Top 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada.

Our new Sales and Service Associate will be expected to:

  • Represent the company's core values that hold morals and ethics above profits
  • Be able to work by themselves or as part of a team
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Possess a strong drive to succeed
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Perform daily merchandising tasks
  • Perform occasional heavy lifting (+ 50lbs) – Moderate Physical Demands
  • Have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Fluent written and oral English language abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
