Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales and customer service activities, focusing on promoting and selling products or services. Inside sales experience, they are willing to train on their products and services, just looking for the right person.
The incumbent will work inside sales making relationships with various merchants, restaurants, gas stations, etc. to sell card machines. No specific quota is needed to be met, looking for honest, hardworking individuals. Base pay plus commission. Residual commission is a plus, as it is also based on number of transactions.
Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calling to potential customers to promote products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, customer service, financial background a plus
-Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages is a plus
- Familiarity with sales software tools is advantageous
