Wrapmate is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, Account Manager. Working as the go-between for the Client, Sales, and Design, you’ll use a suite of tools to lead customers through Wrapmate’s design and revision process, ensuring the customer loves their vehicle wrap design.

About the role:

Wrapmate is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, Account Manager. Working as the go-between for our customers, Sales team, and Design team, you’ll use a suite of tools to lead customers through Wrapmate’s design and revision process, ensuring the customer loves their vehicle wrap design.

This is a client-facing role supporting our largest clients; you’ll be working with customers who are completing large-scale vehicle graphics projects for their fleet vehicles. Customers will provide design inspiration, assets, and information about their vehicles. From there, you will guide them through the design creation, revision, and approval process, queuing their projects up for installation and completion.

Wrapmate is the first-ever, end-to-end, online platform for consumers to design and complete their vehicle graphic projects.

As we pioneer this new space, the need to deliver a six-star customer experience, streamlining and simplifying the process along the way. As an Account Manager (and direct point of contact for customers) you’ll be key in exceeding client expectations and creating raving fans in your daily interactions. We are looking for somebody who:

  • prides themself on having a “Can Do” attitude and drives projects through completion.
  • is highly organized - is your calendar or planner color coded? We should chat.
  • is growth-focused - small improvements every day, make big, long-term impacts.
  • has an eye for detail and a desire to deliver amazing customer experiences.
  • is agile, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, shifting gears quickly from project or topic without losing steam.

Your experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of Account/Onboarding/Project Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous large corporation client-facing experience is a must
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, Mac iOS
  • Previous experience with Hubspot, preferred
  • Previous fleet industry experience, a plus but not required

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000; OTE: $90,000+
  • Monthly Commission on completed projects
  • Voluntary participation in Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k Benefits
