Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage account information, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, promotions, and any issues that may arise.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a related field with a strong understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and market conditions effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to lead initiatives related to business development while maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape in the industry is a plus.

Pay: $61,543.00-$67,376.00 per year
