Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize account growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage account information, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
  • Lead business development efforts by identifying potential new clients and opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, promotions, and any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field with a strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and market conditions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to lead initiatives related to business development while maintaining a client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of market trends and the competitive landscape in the industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,543.00-$67,376.00 per year
