Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their requests efficiently and accurately.
- Present a professional appearance.
- Interact daily with customers via phone, e-mail and in person.
- Enter and process customer orders.
- Contact vendors to obtain pricing and lead times for products.
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Present and explain products to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide estimates.
- Plan and prioritize work to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Stock product, and set up displays.
- All other duties as assigned, including working at other locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Basic construction knowledge.
- Fundamental computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience quoting doors and windows.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must understand the urgency and importance of following up.
We offer hourly pay plus commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
