Wiliot was founded by the team that invented one of the technologies at the heart of 5G. Their next vision was to develop an IoT sticker, a computing element that can power itself by harvesting radio frequency energy, bringing connectivity and intelligence to everyday products and packaging, things previously disconnect from the IoT. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for sales and business development with our customers in North America.
You will engage customers from various markets and sell them on Wiliot’s products and services.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Sales Executive selling high tech products and services to large enterprises. Preferably to retailers and QSRs
- SaaS selling experience
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience with Radio technologies (including Bluetooth) preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 30-40% travel
compensation: Wiliot sets standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
In addition to equity, our annual compensation for this role in all US-based locations is $120,000 - $150,000 yearly + commission plan.

Responsibilities:
- Drive product adoption of Wiliot by closing new customers and leading expansion efforts after these new customers will be onboarded.
- Identify roadblocks to success and find/execute creative solutions to those roadblocks.
- Become an expert on the Wiliot-enabled solutions while keeping up with industry trends.
- Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Wiliot can better serve our customers.
