Sales Associate (Massage Heights Chino Hills) We haven't hired anyone for this position for over 6 months. But, someone finally had to move out of state. So, we now have 1 slot open.
See hours below to see if you can work these shifts. We are somewhat flexible on time slots, but you will need to work weekdays, plus typically one weekend day and then mostly evening shifts.

The ideal work week for us is as follows: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 3:00pm - 9:00pm, Sunday 9:30am - 6:00pm, perhaps other shifts as well. That's approximately 24 - 28 hours a week. Since we continue to grow, it's likely that we will need a 5th day as well.

We are looking for those individuals who have sales experience and have a proven success record in signing up memberships. If you are comfortable in working with a sales quota and have a demonstrated success rate, then we are interested in talking to you.

Let us know what days will work for you. If you can meet our time slots, we are interested in talking to you. Our shifts are consistent and will not normally change. Massage Heights Sales Associate Compensation will scale based on performance.

Starting salary will range from $17 - $20 hour, depending on your background and sales experience, with commissions the rate is really up to $36/hour and potentially higher if your whole team performs. Yes, that's right. For the highest performance our commission structure is designed for you.

We pay bonus and commission on memberships, retail, and meeting specific monthly goals. Our commission structure makes it possible for individual and team based bonuses. However, for our highest performing person you can earn up to $1,000 in a given month for commissions.

Compensation can climb significantly based on team performance goals. Plus we match up to 4% of your 401k contributions.

Massage Heights is looking for career-minded, outgoing, people-oriented, sales professionals for immediate employment in our very popular Retreat at The Shoppes at Chino Hills.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this position you are responsible for producing consistent monthly sales by enrolling prospective members in our massage wellness programs. This role entails delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, therapeutic massage environment. Must be able to think on your feet and help guests understand the benefits of massage/facial therapeutic services.

Duties include:

Manage the customer experience from beginning to end
Must like to sell and enjoy selling to the public
Provide excellent service to members/guests
Maintain high standards for customer service
Answer phone calls, make appointments, greet members/guests
Sell retail products and memberships
Ability to exceed challenging performance goals by converting prospects to members
Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance, reminder calls to clients
Perform data entry for a variety of tasks specifically client records and surveys
Maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Help to turn rooms and laundry during busy times

Qualifications and Skills

Personality traits that achieve success and are the foundation of your success: ambition, focus, tenacity, honesty, openness to new ideas and a willingness to learn, confidence and flexibility
Ability to pass a background check and be fully vaccinated
History of consistent and extended work experience, with supporting references
Transportation and a valid Driver's License
Knowledge of Zenoti or Millennium is a plus or selling in a retail environment
HS diploma required
