• Personal Trainer Position:

As a personal trainer and fitness coach at TriFit Wellness, you play a critical role in changing lives every day. Responsibilities / Tasks:

Studio Growth

• Attend community building events & outings such as hikes, happy hours, parties, etc.
• Assist with generating referrals, testimonials and upselling supplements
• Post and engage with clients on social media
• Conduct trial sessions / appointments for new members

Operations

• Maintain a meticulously clean and organized studio
• Run an organized and high energy class, providing modifications & encouragement
• Build personal relationships with clients
• Be actively engaged, focused and hands on with every client during sessions
• Conduct InBody scans and explain results to clients as needed
• Check out all clients after every session
• Proactively communicate with all clients and team members

Qualifications:

• US work authorization
• Clean driving record
• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field required
• 1-2 years of personal training or group fitness experience required
• Inside sales experience preferred
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Experience in Mindbody software preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• $25-$45 per class
• 20% commission on supplement sales
• Monthly stipend towards health care/insurance
• Eligible for 401K with 2% match after one year of employment

3 weeks Paid Time Off and holidays off [Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day]

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
