Job Description

iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Director of Subscription Partnerships in Logan or Park City, Utah. Position is also open to remote work.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

  • Develop, execute, and refine partner channel strategies, content plans, and offer scenarios to drive growth and engagement.
  • Create and maintain a list of target partners, identifying potential collaborators that align with our business objectives and values.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to foster collaboration and drive business development initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead partnership development strategies for enhancing iFIT Connected Fitness Subscription value
  • Engage with key stakeholders and partner manager counterparts at partner organizations to drive success through partnership
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure strategic business opportunities both short term and long term, including those that extend beyond media
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence C-suite decision makers; can navigate relationships requiring multiple touch points across marketing, product and engineering
  • Identify prospective partners and build meaningful and durable revenue-generating relationships
  • Partner with internal executives across sales leadership, revenue product, engineering and finance to build, develop and scale solutions involving multiple internal stakeholders and working groups
  • Proven performance winning the support of key senior stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A team player and collaborator
Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of of client facing experience with a record of achievement in the Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or similar space
  • Proven track record of growing top to bottom relationships, ability to extend influence to the C-Suite
