Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be engaging with customers, vendors and contractors both in our showroom and over the phone to help them achieve their backyard dreams and needs. You will be taking orders, creating quotes and invoices using QuickBooks, scheduling deliveries, and merchandising the showroom. You will be provided with ample product knowledge training and come to be regarded as an industry expert. Cross selling, suggestive upselling, educating customers about our products, and building positive relationships are all part of the role. You are able to handle being in a fast paced environment during peak season with a positive attitude, along with taking ownership of projects. You are also responsible for researching potential new clients and outbound sales calls. Customer service will also be a necessity in dealing with our clients and potential clients.

- Knowledge of construction materials and a passion for decks would be an asset
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel, Word, are also assets
