Job Description
Qualifications: Post Graduate in any discipline. Deep operations, solutions, sales leadership, with over 15 years’ experience in large Service Providers/Payers/Pharmacies, across core processes in healthcare operations, including membership, benefits, claims, provider management, member and provider service, payment integrity, audit, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to leverage technology, data, analytics, RPA, and AI and make operations intelligent, automated, and autonomous. Delivered business and cost outcomes including significantly reduced manual efforts, lowering the risks and penalties, and increasing customer experience and engagement. Delivered outstanding results in a challenging environment, demonstrating accountability with a strong sense of ownership. Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create and build businessDeveloped sustained and trusted partnerships with clients, passion for building relationships with account, sales, and other teams in the company.Demonstrated ability to bring together best of the company’s capabilities for solutions and offerings delivering to client goals and outcomes. Strong executive presence and communication skills. Ability to build executive-level presentations and present them to an executive audience.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $317,000.00 per year
