Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full Time.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00am – 5pm

This is an office-based role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Architectural/Construction Sales and Marketing Manager to lead all our North America sales and marketing efforts required to grow our sales in industrial/commercial projects and drive marketing initiatives across the entire EOMAC group of companies. In this Sales & Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team to plan, organize, and control selling operations of the company’s products and services. You will also provide support to our distributors and ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing strategy across our international offices.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, technical sales experience and a deep understanding of market trends.

RESPONSIBILITES

Marketing Strategy Development:

Design and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across multiple channels and all our offices worldwide.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and content that effectively engage our target audience.

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align efforts and promote product innovations, new releases, and company achievements.

Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring they reflect the brand's values and resonate with target audiences.

Manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, email campaigns, and SEO to support global visibility.

Plan and coordinate trade show participation, conferences, and other events that promote the company and its products.

Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness across diverse regions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. Lead the sales team in identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Manage the sales pipeline and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, including architects, designers, and contractors.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the architectural sector.

Collaborate with distributors and partners to support product sales and expand distribution networks.

Lead and oversee the North American architectural sales division, ensuring strategic direction and revenue growth.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to refine marketing, sales, and business development strategies.

Team Leadership:

Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing, sales, and business development teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives results and innovation.

Budget Management:

Manage budgets for marketing, sales, and business development activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and expenses are kept within budget.

Reporting and Analytics:

Provide regular reports on marketing, sales, and business development performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and revenue targets. Use data to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including product development, technical service, and finance, to ensure alignment of strategies and successful execution of initiatives.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up to date with the latest marketing, sales, and business development techniques and technologies. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, strategies, and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or architectural products industry.

Strong understanding of the North American architectural market, including trends, key players, and decision-making processes.

Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing distributor networks.

Marketing experience in a global or multi-office environment, with a strong focus on brand consistency and messaging.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, social media platforms, email marketing, etc.).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation software is a plus.
