About the Role
Come join a team dedicated to enterprise transformation. The Cloud Team is developing a repeatable methodology to drive transformation within our enterprise environments and accelerate AWS maturity. The complexities associated with the enterprise require a higher touch experience that assure efforts across numerous business units and geographies are both scalable and consistent.

The Cloud Platform Lead is at the center of scaling delivery, ensuring teams follow a unified process, can coordinate large scale deployments and projects, and is measured in their approach to coach others to lead the AWS adoption.
What You’ll Do
  • You'll be governing a secure, compliant multi-account AWS environment.
  • You'll automate account provisioning workflow and guardrails to maintain compliance.
  • You'll automate compliance by building remediations for standard security policies.
  • You'll maintain automation as products in AWS Service Catalog to enable self-service.
  • You'll leverage Cloud APIs to build custom resource types for CloudFormation using AWS Lambda
  • You'll adhere to strict continuous integration and continuous delivery practices to manage automation products.
  • You'll maintain documentation of solution design, decision record and standard operating procedures.
  • You'll mentor, train and enable engineers to follow high quality engineering practices.
What You’ll Need
  • You'll need experience managing AWS accounts at scale.
  • You'll need experience with AWS CloudFormation & AWS Service Catalog
  • You'll need experience with Typescript & AWS Lambda
  • You'll need excellent written and verbal communication.
  • You'll need empathy, transparency, and a good sense of humor.
What You’ll Learn

  • You'll learn to promote self-service using automation.
  • You'll learn to maintain everything-as-code.
  • You'll learn to provide pragmatic technical leadership for a diverse group of engineers.
What You Have
  • Master's degree in related field
  • AWS certified solutions architect associate
  • 5+ years of experience in agile software development
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cloud environment.
