**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and business development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management
- Lead the team in executing successful sales strategies, including outside sales efforts
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base
- Specialize in technology sales or technical sales as per company requirements
**Skills:**
- Proven experience (3-5years) in managing a high-end architectural and decorative lighting fixture sales
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends
- Proficiency in Excel and AUTOCAD
- Demonstrated success in business development and expanding market share
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively
