Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for partnering with our customer to strategize the right business offerings for both new and existing programs. This role will oversee a project from conception through handoff to the production facility. The Account Manager will foster a strong customer relationship to understand the customer’s need and translate to the best solution. This position will warrant travel and/or relocation based on client location and business need.
This position is on-site in office at our Denton, TX client location and/or will warrant travel 1 to 2 times per month to our Denton, TX client location dependent upon business need.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationships to understand customer’s business model and specifications; partnering to win, renew and/or expand existing business
- Host project kick-off meetings with internal and external partners
- Create graphic production order forms and store distribution lists
- Maintain store profile database and master graphic guidelines
- Own new store opening signage including testing new options, creating shipment lists and tracking key milestones
- Coordinate needs of multiple external business partners to successfully execute streamlined campaigns and projects
- Collaborate with client and internal business partners to create efficient process flows
- All other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5 years’ experience in print related customer service, account management, or inside sales preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient Microsoft Office Excel
- Print Industry and Process Knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and maintain organization in a quick, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
