Our Southern Arizona - Tucson District is looking for motivated sales management professionals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join the Farmers Insurance team. As a new Agency Owner in our Retail program, you can take part in an industry-leading bonus program that includes - a $5K signing bonus, monthly marketing stipend of $500, up to 300% monthly bonus on all commissions, and $6K for exterior branding!

Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead your own team of sales professionals to help drive new business and take advantage of all Bonus & Incentive opportunities; our district office will provide recruiting support for this.
  • Cultivate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, calling leads and using referrals etc.
  • Sell commercial insurance and use the unique ability to broker commercial insurance not desired by Farmers Insurance.
  • Sell Life Insurance to help protect your Clients and their Families.
  • Care for and support your client’s needs and assets
  • Selling Farmers Financial Services (401(k), IRA, annuities, etc.) is an option for interested and qualified agents
  • Learn and promote new products and services.
  • Comply with insurance Standards & Regulations.
Agency Owner Qualifications:

  • Must currently possess or be willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Producer licenses.
  • One (1) year or more of management or leadership experience is required.
  • Two (2) years of sales or marketing experience is required.
  • Clean background.
  • Good personal financial background.
  • Desire to build and grow your own business.
  • Great Customer Service & Communication Skills.
  • Relentless determination to drive new business
