North American Technical Sales Representative (Rail transportation industry)

The Position
The company is currently looking for a highly motivated, structured, and results-oriented technical sales professional to manage a variety of profiles including sales agents, EOMs, consultants and transit authorities in North America. This is a new position that will report directly to the sales and marketing manager.
Main Responsibilities
1. Promote the company's products to OEMs and stakeholders in the rail industry.
2. Identify highly qualified opportunities.
3. Participate with management to elaborate strategic and marketing plans.
4. Collaborate with the technical team in product management.
5. Manage performance objectives and CRM tools.
6. Provide support and sales training to clients and partners.
7. Participate in each stage of the sales cycle.
8. Assist with the onboarding process of business partners.
Candidate profile
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial sales.
2. Good knowledge of the railway sector with a large contact network will be an important asset for this position.
3. Experience in managing B2B sales agencies and distribution networks is also an asset.
4. A college or university degree in sales and/or marketing.
5. Proficiency in information technology tools and CRM usage.
6. Good market analysis and reporting skills.
7. Must be willing to frequently travel throughout Canada and the United States.
8. The position is located in the GTA or Montreal area.
9. This position is subject to a 3-month probationary period.
Compensation Program
The compensation package will be adjusted to the candidate's profile and includes: a base salary and a generous bonus structure. The company's benefits program will be available for this position after the job probation period. All work-related travel and accommodation expenses will be reimbursed. You will receive all the necessary work tools, training, and marketing support to succeed in this position.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
